Happy New Year to everyone! We made it through another year.
For some, it’s just like any other day…. others, it’s making those resolutions: eating better, exercising more, budgeting more…you get the idea.
But sadly, for some, it’s another year of not feeling enough, never getting ahead, the addiction that you just can’t break away from…
But we don’t have to face these things alone. We have God right beside us. He is our biggest cheerleader. He has plans that He wants us to fulfill.
Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV). “’For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
The thing is though, YOU have to put in the work. He will not force you. It is all up to you to say yes! But your yes to Him can open so many doors to your future.
This pertains to anyone, no matter how long you have been following Him, it’s not a seniority thing that shows where you are in your walk with Him. If we get too comfortable, we have to take a step back and be reminded that it’s not our plan, but His.
Proverbs 3:5-6 – Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
We all want that great start to a new year… say yes to Him and I guarantee He will change your plans for the best.
I pray that this will be an inspiration today. Always remember to keep your cup full. ☕️
